These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.softandpowerful.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by Soft Power Occupational Therapy Inc. and Rebecca Redman. This Site provides occupational therapy and related wellness and exercise services.

By using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms at all times.

All content on this Site—including text, images, logos, documents, and downloadable files—is the property of Soft Power Occupational Therapy Inc. and Rebecca Redman or the Site’s creators. This content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

- Occupational therapy

- Pilates-based movement and strength training
- Health and wellness coaching

All services must have a card on file or be paid for in full at the time of booking. We strive to provide accurate information about our offerings, but we cannot guarantee accuracy of all product descriptions or images. Purchases are made at your own risk.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order. If a cancellation occurs after payment, a full refund will be issued.

3. Payments

- FSA/HSA card

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the listed amount. We may cancel transactions if there is suspicion of fraud or legal violations.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Goods are shipped via standard delivery. Delivery timelines vary by location and exclude weekends/holidays.

You are responsible for:
- Delivery fees
- Providing accurate delivery information
- Import duties/taxes (if shipping outside the U.S.)

We are not liable for delivery errors due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

SMS Messaging Program

Soft Power Occupational Therapy Inc. offers SMS text messaging for clients who have opted in to receive text messages. Messages may include appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and other administrative communications related to our services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on your appointments and communications with the practice. Patients may receive up to 100 messages per month if there are scheduling conflicts.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to SMS messages, depending on your mobile carrier and wireless plan.

Opt-Out Instructions (STOP)

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time. Reply STOP to opt out. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation of your opt-out and will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless you opt in again.

Consent
