What We Offer

Occupational Therapy evaluation and treatment qualify for HSA/FSA payments and may be partially covered by your out-of-network insurance benefits.

Please reach out if the cost of care is influencing your ability to take care of yourself. I am able to offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments each week and can add you to the waitlist!

Soft Power unfortunately cannot treat Medicare beneficiaries for covered services. Individuals enrolled in Medicare may book Pilates/strength training/wellness services. These sessions are non-medical fitness and wellness services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or manage a medical condition.

Most patients come in for about 6-12 visits. Some symptoms can quickly resolve after a few sessions, but your plan of care will largely depend on individual factors related to your unique situation.

As much as we all wish there was a single exercise, a pill, an injection, or other quick fix for our symptoms, we all know deep down that this does not exist. We first need to identify the problem and then take a multi-systems approach to help you regain an active and pain-free life that allows you to resume the activities you’ve stopped because of your symptoms. Some people will feel significant relief before they complete their plan of care and that’s always a win.

You’ll come in once a week to start and we can transition to every other week as you become more independent in self-management. My clients see the best outcomes when they take an active role in their own care.

The goal is to teach you the tools to help yourself so you don’t need me anymore!
